Hired for the site
We recruit against your actual requirement — shift timings, language, technical trade, food experience — rather than moving whoever is free.
Forcepro was set up in Lahore to fix a familiar problem: businesses paying four or five separate contractors for their premises, and still spending management time chasing all of them.
We supply, employ and supervise the people who keep your premises running — cleaners, technicians, IT engineers, chefs — and we manage them as one operation under one contract.
That structure is the point. When cooling fails in a server room, the technician and the IT engineer work for the same company, so nobody spends an afternoon deciding whose fault it is. When a cafeteria shift is short-staffed, relief cover is our obligation, not your emergency.
We work with corporate offices, factories, banks, hospitals, schools and warehouses. Most of our work is in Lahore, and we take enquiries for sites elsewhere in Pakistan.
Service quality in this industry disappears the moment it stops being measured. So we measure it and hand you the record.
References and identity verified before deployment, then site-specific induction on safety, conduct and access rules.
Cleaning zones, plant readings, kitchen temperatures and maintenance tasks are signed off as they're done.
A supervisor on site who owns the day, and a manager above them who owns the contract.
Attendance, completed maintenance, open issues and costs — in one document you can take into a management meeting.
Protective equipment, safe work methods, and incidents reported to you the same day, not at month end.
A facilities contract is only as good as the person mopping the floor at 7 a.m. We hire deliberately, pay on time and keep people long enough to know your building.
We recruit against your actual requirement — shift timings, language, technical trade, food experience — rather than moving whoever is free.
Induction covers your access rules, safety, equipment handling and conduct. Refreshers follow at regular intervals.
Fair pay, documented employment and predictable rosters. Low turnover is what makes preventive maintenance work at all.
Book a survey. We'll walk your site, ask a lot of questions, and put a scope and cost in writing.
